Enclosed please find quantity one (1) of Walther PPK/S firearm that is part of the “IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE – February 20, 2009” and is in need of repair via the stated recall.

The Serial Number is subject to the recall as it is in the 0000BAJ – 9999BAJ Range and was manufactured by Smith & Wesson from March 21, 2002 – February 3, 2009.

The Serial Number of the enclosed PPK/S is XXXXBAJ.

Kindly perform the needed repairs and return the PPK/S pistol to the following address:
